PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES

 

  • PROFESSIONALS: 
    Professional dancers, choreographers and independent artists from other scenic disciplines.
     

  • STUDENTS:
    Dance and other scenic disciplines students interested in diverse movement techniques.
     

  • NON PROFESSIONALS:
    Non professional participants who want to experience open workshops of different movement techniques.
    *These workshops are free entry to the community*
     

  • GENERAL PUBLIC:
    To all people who want to enjoy a line up of quality shows in our program.

RATES

  • Complete Training [4 weeks: 450$ [US dollar]

  • 2 Weeks: 350$ [US dollar]

  • 1 Week: 300$ [US dollar]

  • Registration: Free
     

 Revés DOES NOT assume the cost of bank fees.

  • Free admission to one of professionals shows  Revés | Scene 2023 and  Puntos de Encuentro (only to full training participants)

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • LIMITED CAPACITY (200 people) to assure your spot please sign up as soon as possible.

  • A waiting list will also be maintained in case participants cancel.  

  • People who do not fill out the registration form, will not  be considered for Revés 2023. 

  • People who fill out the registration form and by January 1st have not paid  the total amount of their training choice, will not  be considered for Revés 2023.

  • Early Bird (Promotion): July 15th to August 15th, 2022, at 23:59 [Costa Rica Time]

  • Open Call: July 15th to December 15th  2022, at 23:59 [Costa Rica Time]

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • All participants should bring a second training clothing.

  • Before entering  the space  hygiene protocols must be followed: hand washing, shoes and belongings disinfection.  

  • Everyone must wear a face mask to enter the facilities (required). 

  • People that present cold/flu symptoms will not be allowed inside the facilities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

  • Must be legal age.

  • Face mask required.

  • To be part of Revés 2023, applicants must pay the total amount of the training choice. Revés does not assume the bank fees.

  • The registration to this program only contemplates the activities from January 9th to February 4th, 2023 

  • Revés 2023 reserves the right to record, photograph and release the images of the workshops through the media and dissemination that it considers appropriate.

  • Every participant accepts that the photographs and videos in which they appear, can be used, published and released through digital and printed media. 

  • Revés Platform has exclusive use of photographs and videos.

  • Every participant is responsible for their own medical and accident insurance. Revés 2023 will not take responsibility for any  kind of accidents that involve psychological and physical harm caused by own omission, activity or inactivity before, during and after the activities of the event.

  • Every participant is accountable for the correct use of the facilities. 

  • Revés 2023 will not cover lodging, food and local transportation expenses.  

  • If participants do not assist the event, Revés will not make money refunds. 

  • The participant will not be able to change the group to which the organization has placed them.

  • Revés 2023 executive organization will solve any  unexpected situations during the event. 

  • The personal data collected from registration forms will be used for exclusive planning, logistics and statistical purposes of Revés 2023 [Internacional Training Platform]

  • Application closure: December 15th 2022, at 23:59 [Costa Rica Time].
