ABOUT THE CLASS
The fitness class will provide students with practical tools and exercises to prepare their bodies for the demands of dance and movement activities. It will be approached from a comprehensive point of view, seeking to develop physical qualities such as flexibility, strength and coordination in a balanced way to develop the body in a healthy way.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Miguel Torres has more than 15 years of experience as a movement researcher, practitioner of various artistic activities such as Parkour, Capoeira, contemporary dance and popular dance. He currently works as a Parkour teacher, artistic gymnastics teacher, sports physical trainer and personal trainer.
